Don’t worry, I’m not going to blog about it every time I go for afternoon tea at the Jewish Museum, I just wanted to share these lovely winter photos with you which I took this weekend. We took #MuseumBaby for a wee walk along the road, and watching him experience snow for the first time in his life was absolutely brilliant! To thaw out, we went for hot chocolate and cake (water and Bretzel for #MuseumBaby, we’re such spoil sport parents^^) in the Glass Courtyard - also our first museum visit in Berlin as a family since we moved here! We sat by the window and watched the snow falling outside in the museum gardens. It was very pretty.

There’s also these guys, who have been keeping watch outside the museum, which I snapped on Friday morning on the way back from taking #MuseumBaby to nursery. I’m so glad I did, as when I went to pick him up a couple of hours later they were gone and there was just a hole in the ground. I hadn’t realised they were only there for the duration of a special exhibition which has just closed. You could throw in a 50 cent coin and they would turn to each other and bow. Only the day before I’m promised #MuseumBaby we’d come back with some coins to try it out. Oh well, I guess it’s good he doesn’t really understand everything I’m saying yet^^
